Happy New Year from Joy's Teaspoon

by JT Herself

I could not be more excited about 2011!  So much hope and promise for Joy's Teaspoon and lots of exciting happenings on the personal front as well.  In its' defense though, 2010 has been good to me!  Let us look back, shall we?

It is hard to believe JoysTeaspoon.com launched in April 2010.  We kicked off with 32 teas, 10 spices, 2 teapots and 3 accessories.  It's been a crazy year and I am so proud of where we are at and where we are going.  We've partnered with the Ganesha Center here in Las Vegas, added 13 teas, 3 spices and a handful of accessories and teapots.  We have an aspiring pastry chef using our ingredients and teas to create incredible recipes that we can share.  We've met fellow tea lovers at boutiques, tea tastings and sampling sessions.  Our teas have been reviewed by respected tea connoisseurs and posted all over the internet.  Joy's Teaspoon is proud to be ranked #5 out of 200+ professional tea companies on Teaviews.com!  And we've only just begun.

2011 will prove to be an incredible year and we are setting the pace in January:  an Ayurvedic Tea Tasting event at the Ganesha Center on January 19th, two tastings at the Paseo Verde Library in Henderson on Jan 18th and 31st, our Black/Oolong Tasting at Nellis AFB Jan. 15th, the debut of new retail locations, special event announcements with local small businesses, a virtual garage sale to clear out our products that we have limited quantities of and so much more!  I'm excited just thinking about it!

On behalf of myself and Joy's Teaspoon, I also want to take this time to thank our incredible customers and clients that have put their tea (and spice) trust in us this 2010!  We will be adding new products throughout 2011 and we hope that you enjoy sipping and cooking with them as much as we enjoy sampling, sniffing and tinning them!  Happy New Year to each and every one of you and may your 2011 be productive, eventful and truly a blessing!
