About the Tea:
Not our first tea offering from Sumatra (Indonesia), but definitely one of our favorites. These small, pearl shaped pellets will provide you with a sweet, honey apple-like brew. The liquor will be golden in color with a briskness reminiscent of Indian teas.
This tea is ideal for 3+ infusions. Steep at 185 degrees to enhance fruity notes such as honey, barley, and apple. Steep at 200 degrees for a fuller flavor of apples, malt, and hay. The steeping time and temperatures below are simply a starting point for brewing and we recommend that you adjust those specs to suit your palate!
Plot Twist: Makes an awesome iced tea!
