Even better, this is one of our favorite teas to cook with! You can grind it and add it to your favorite spice rub or marinade. We regularly add it to our chili and and a handful of soups. We've even had people tell us they use it when making rice. It will add an incredible smoked flavor to everything from salmon to steak!
